Founded by audio engineer and entertainment producer Brain Downey (DJ Bigdog), Pop-Up Events solves the two biggest headaches in event planning: exorbitant brick-and-mortar hotel rental rates and bare-bones party tents with zero atmosphere.

Our venue comfortably seats over 350 guests (or 500+ reception-style) while providing full climate control, an elevated stage, concert laser lighting, and 30,000 watts of off-grid power. With our 100% B.Y.O.B. policy, event coordinators retain complete control over their catering profits without paying venue commission markups!

1. What types of events can be hosted?

Nearly any event imaginable! From luxury weddings, milestone birthdays, and quinceañeras to corporate brand activations, trade shows, farmers markets, and full live concerts.

2. How many guests can the venue accommodate?

Our 4,600 sq. ft. inflatable tent comfortably seats over 350 guests with plenty of space for a generous dance floor, full stage, and VIP lounge seating.

3. What equipment is included with deployment?

Every deployment includes 30kW generator power, lighting services (both concert lasers and dance effects), 25 banquet tables, 150 comfort chairs, staging, and dance floors.

4. Can we customize the floor plan?

Absolutely! The versatile open-span interior has zero center poles, allowing complete freedom for custom staging, themed lighting, and specialized booth arrangements.
